Trust Mark is a quality mark which operates a framework under which 30 Scheme Operators work in the RMI (repair, maintenance and improvement) sector, including trade associations, local government trading standards teams, and independent Scheme Operators. 

We issue 10 year contractors guarantees for timber treatment, damp proof course and wall tie installation work and we also offer an optional insured guarantee (at a small cost) through the GPI scheme.  

The CSRT is a nationally recognised professional qualification for surveyors in the remedial treatment industry. The qualification comprises three modules – Timber, Damp and Legal and Health & Safety – which candidates must pass in order to achieve CSRT status.
