PLS Remedial Services Limited were established in 1995 and were based in Sale, Cheshire for many years.
In 2009 we moved to our current base in High Legh, Cheshire where we are ideally placed on the motorway network to provide services throughout Cheshire, Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool.
The Managing Director is Jim Lugsden who is a CSRT Surveyor and also a qualified structural and civil engineer.
Over 35 years in the construction industry he has developed a wide knowledge of many building problems and he brings his expertise to each and every survey and contract undertaken.
Since 1995, we have run apprenticeship schemes with the help of a local college, training joiners and plasterers who have now become valued members of our team.
Over the last 5 years we have offered two of our employees the chance to train as CSRT surveyors and we are pleased to announce that they have now become fully qualified CSRT surveyors and join Jim Lugsden on our surveying staff.
We are a small friendly family run company and we take pride and interest in our staff. Members of staff have been with us for over 10 years. Electrical and plumbing sub contractors have also worked for us since we established the Company in 1995.
All our employees and sub contractors have been trained to take the utmost care whilst carrying out their work and take pride when householders compliment them on their diligence in leaving contracts in a clean and tidy condition.
In residential properties our employees respect the householder’s belongings and make sure before they leave each day that the work area is cleaned and tidied, making sure that the householder is left with as little disruption as possible during the course of the works.
At the start of each contract, we provide customer information leaflets detailing the scope of works and information on drying out times for plaster and re-decoration guidelines in order for the client to be fully informed throughout the course of the works.
During timber treatments we provide the client with details of re-entry times to treated areas and provide hazard warning notices.
We understand that the type of work we carry out causes disruption to residential properties and we endeavour at all times to make the client fully aware and ensure that any worries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
